ABOUT US -
As a Consultant and Training Specialist, Lee helps clients from mainstream and ethnic minorty culture improve communication skills, effectiveness and results.

Lee was raised in Pennsylvania, navigating between steel mill and farming communities of European Americans. There, differences that made a difference were between Catholics and Protestants, Scottish and Irish, Slavs and Italians, etc.  Subtle integration, class and assimilation are themes that continue to inform her work, along with the belief that women in every culture must increase their leadership roles.
Lee is a Board Member for the Urban Enterprise Center of the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce and Chairs its monthly Business & Culture series on diversity. In 2009 she founded the Salaam Business Group, which connects business owners to resources for business development and technical assistance.  She holds a M.A. in Liberal Studies from the New School for Social Research in New York City.  Her previous careers were in adult education and real estate.
